Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads to promote and sell properties.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
- Provide information to clients about available properties, prices, terms of sales, and assist in scheduling property viewings.
- Listen to clients’ needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in related field or additional real estate education or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
