Real Estate Telesales Representative

Job Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads to promote and sell properties.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Provide information to clients about available properties, prices, terms of sales, and assist in scheduling property viewings.
  • Listen to clients’ needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in related field or additional real estate education or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales and building client relationships.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
