Job Description:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Proven experience as an Ads Performance Marketer or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
- A/B testing experience and the ability to iterate and optimize based on performance data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
