Ads Performance Marketer

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of advertising campaigns and optimize for improved results.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign targeting strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters for optimal performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive and impactful advertising materials.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay informed about changes in advertising policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience as an Ads Performance Marketer or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • A/B testing experience and the ability to iterate and optimize based on performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on advertising effectiveness.
  • Budget management skills and the ability to allocate resources effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging advertising technologies.
