Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in researching and gathering information for various projects.
- Stay informed about relevant topics to contribute to content creation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research and gather information for the CEO as needed
- Liaise with other members of the executive team and external partners
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and solutions.
- Evaluate and assess the feasibility of innovation projects and initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in innovation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation within the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, startups, and innovation ecosystems.
- Oversee the development and execution of innovation projects from concept to implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
