Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and grow the customer base.
- Identify target audience segments and create buyer personas to inform marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.
- Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to maximize lead capture and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and track key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide them with high-quality leads.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead management processes and track lead life-cycle.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and growth marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of Proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, linkedin marketing, email marketing and database development.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, Whatsapp campaigns and data analytics tools.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Have experience on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
