Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video and audio footage into a polished and cohesive final product, ensuring proper sequencing, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Adjust and enhance video quality, including color correction, sound optimization, and visual effects if necessary.
  • Create and edit content for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, documentaries, or promotional videos.
  • Collaborate with content creators and producers to ensure videos convey the intended narrative or message effectively.
  • Edit and mix audio tracks, including music, sound effects, and voice-overs.
  • Graphics and Titles: Incorporate graphics, animations, and text titles into videos to enhance visual appeal.
  • Be proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Organize and maintain video and audio assets, ensuring efficient file management.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to video and audio quality, software, and hardware.
  • Collaborate with content creators, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide creative input.


  • Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of past work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with visual effects, motion graphics, font typography and animation.
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression.
  • Have an experience in Canva Pro as well.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in storytelling and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
